About The Role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will join the Customer Service team at our Winnipeg, Manitoba branch. As a Financial Services Representative, you will understand the needs of the customer and provide the right banking solutions including opening new accounts, offering credit and credit counselling, basic investment products and investment counselling, and promoting the sale of all personal banking products and services. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.
Qualifications requises
About You:You are able to communicate clearly and listen attentively to customers and are passionate about providing a high level of customer service. You have a keen eye for detail and possess strong organizational skills. You enjoy serving clients and working with others!
You Must:
-
have your high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
-
have at least one year customer service experience in the financial industry, retail or a goal-oriented environment
-
have strong interpersonal skills; use a computer and Microsoft Office software
-
experience with financial institution software systems
-
cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience
-
have acceptable criminal and credit checks
